Trouble With Git Repository

Hey Guys, thanks for your great plugin! I just wanted to let you know that I was able to install from the google code repository, but was unable to use the git link:
script/plugin install git://github.com/paolodona/rails-widgets.git Plugin not found: ["git://github.com/paolodona/rails-widgets.git"]
